Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Belize is designated as the accountable entity for implementing Belize’s Compact program in partnership with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
The Compact aims to equitably increase the number of post-primary graduates with the competencies relevant to labor market demands and lower the wholesale cost of electricity in real terms to reduce poverty through economic growth in Belize.
MCA-Belize works to ensure that these investments deliver long-term, measurable benefits for communities across the country.
