Timothy Grant

Timothy Grant is a career human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in managerial roles in the human resources field. He holds an MBA with Specialization in Employee Relations from the University of Leicester and an Executive Diploma in Management with concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies.

Mr. Grant serves as the Human Resource Manager at MCA- Belize, overseeing the human resource function and translating the compact program’s requirements into a staffing and recruitment strategy for MCA-Belize.

Mr. Grant previously served as the Manager, Human Resources at the Central Bank of Belize where he led the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and programmes including talent management, training and development, compensation, industrial relations, organizational and employee development, staffing and policy advice.

Mr. Grant also served in the capacity of HR Manager at Belize’s national referral hospital, Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. He was also a former board member of Sadie Vernon Technical High School.

Mr. Grant has experience in project management, strategic planning, human resource planning, policy development, and labour relations. He is a strong advocate for employee development and empowerment. Mr. Grant is married and has three beautiful daughters.
