Timothy Grant

Prior to joining MCA-Belize, Mr. Grant served as Manager of Human Resources at the Central Bank of Belize, where he led the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive HR policies and programs. His work spanned talent management, training and development, compensation, industrial relations, organizational and employee development, staffing, and policy advisory services. Mr. Grant also served as Human Resource Manager at Belize’s national referral hospital, the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, further strengthening his experience in managing complex workforce environments. He previously served as a Board Member of Sadie Vernon Technical High School.

Mr. Grant’s professional expertise includes project management, strategic planning, human resource planning, policy development, and labour relations. A strong advocate for employee development and empowerment, he is committed to fostering high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workplace cultures. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Grant is married and the proud father of three daughters.
