Dr. Tanesha Ross
Dr. Ross holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a concentration in Language, Literacy, and Culture from Oklahoma State University, and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Professional Education from the University of North Florida. Her doctoral research examined Belizean high school principals’ leadership practices through the lens of Culturally Responsive School Leadership, reflecting her commitment to culturally grounded and inclusive educational leadership. Her professional experience includes classroom teaching at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels, administrative leadership at the elementary level, and national oversight in quality assurance. Dr. Ross remains deeply committed to advancing quality assurance, culturally relevant leadership, and effective teaching and learning practices that empower educators, inspire students, and strengthen communities in the 21st century.
