Carson Perrote

Carson Perrote is the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Millennium Challenge Account Belize (MCA-Belize), where he provides strategic administrative and operational support to executive leadership. He brings a multidisciplinary professional background with experience spanning the education and banking sectors.

Carson has held multiple roles within the education sector, specializing in Student Affairs and Admissions, where he supported student engagement, institutional operations, and enrollment management. Prior to this, he gained experience in the banking sector, working in compliance and recoveries, which strengthened his attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and analytical skills.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Belize, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from St. John’s College. In addition to his formal education, Carson is largely self-taught in several creative and technical disciplines, including graphic design, website interface design, video production, and music arrangement for steel bands, skills he actively leverages to support communications, creative projects, and organizational initiatives. Coming from an artistic family, Carson maintains a strong connection to the arts. He is an accomplished musician who has performed both locally and internationally with multiple bands and ensembles and currently serves as the primary bass steel pan player with the Belize National Orchestra. His experience also includes arranging music for steel bands, contributing to high- quality performances and musical development. Carson’s creative background complements his professional work, fostering a balanced approach that blends structure, innovation, and cultural expression.
